Yes. Our technicians are trained across all major brands. We can take over maintenance of existing systems regardless of who originally installed them.
We supply automatic sliding doors, swing doors, folding doors, hermetic doors (for hospitals and cleanrooms), and telescopic doors. We carry brands including ASSA ABLOY, Dormakaba, GILGEN, PORTALP, GEZE, Tormax, BFT, and our own MERAC brand.
A standard automatic sliding door installation typically takes 1–2 days depending on the opening size and site conditions. Larger or more complex installations may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline when you request a quote.
Yes. We recommend servicing at least twice a year. High-traffic doors (retail, hospitals, hotels) should be serviced quarterly. Our AMC plans cover scheduled servicing and emergency callouts.
Yes. We supply Sira-approved CCTV cameras and systems that comply with Dubai Police and Security Industry Regulatory Agency (Sira) requirements. This is mandatory for commercial properties in Dubai.
The number of cameras depends on the size of your property, the areas you need to cover, and local regulatory requirements. We offer free site surveys to assess your needs and recommend the right system.
Yes. All our IP camera systems support remote viewing via mobile apps (iOS and Android). We set this up during installation and show you how to use it.
Yes. We regularly integrate parking barriers with access cards, remote controls, vehicle loop detectors, and ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) cameras for fully automated car park management.
Most barriers we supply have a manual release function and can be connected to a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to remain operational during power outages. We’ll advise the best option for your site.
An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a service agreement that covers regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for your systems. If your building relies on automatic doors, barriers, or CCTV for security and daily operations, an AMC is strongly recommended to avoid costly breakdowns.
AMC pricing depends on the type, number, and age of your systems. Contact us with details of your equipment and we’ll prepare a tailored proposal. We offer both labour-only and comprehensive (parts + labour) AMC options.
For AMC clients, we prioritise emergency callouts and aim to respond within 4–8 hours during business hours. Response times may vary based on location and availability of parts.
