3. Product Availability & Specifications

  • If an item is out of stock, we will provide a lead time for restocking. If the lead time is not acceptable, the customer may request a full refund, which will be processed accordingly.

  • Specifications provided are based on information available from manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in manufacturer specifications.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations must be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation or return may be subject to return policies and handling charges.

  • Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.
