The Challenge

Residential towers in Dubai must have CCTV and access control that meet SIRA requirements. Building owners and management companies need it installed correctly the first time, across lobbies, amenity floors, parking and building perimeters, without disrupting residents.

The Solution

Merac delivered SIRA-approved CCTV and access control installations at four JVC towers (Balgavia 1, Balgavia 2, Signature Tower and Eaton Tower), at Dream Tower, Gemini Splendour, Skyview Tower and Manchester Tower in Dubai Marina, and at Al Seef Tower 2 in JLT. Each project followed the same process: SIRA-approved drawings, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and handover, carried out by the same Merac team for consistent standards across sites.
