UCS Quasar/Nano BMSline Window Actuator - Full Building Management Integration

Fully programmable, addressable chain actuator for window and smoke ventilation automation, with two-way communication to any Building Management System. Every function - stroke, speed, force, closing position, soft-close - is set and monitored via BMSline software, with real-time feedback on position, status and faults. Specified into commercial building projects (offices, hospitals, schools, malls) where window automation integrates with HVAC and life-safety systems.
